SERVICOM’s POC System takes advantage of the wireless networks of cellular network operators, breaking the spectrum limitation in traditional Push-to-Talk (PTT) systems.
Customized solutions create a dedicated command and dispatch system with no blind spots, supporting voice calls, positioning, multimedia and other related features. It also supports interconnection with the existing PTT system to protect the users’ initial investment. With the implementation of the new system, there will be no information silos. Users in sectors such as public safety, private security, logistics, transportation and healthcare can achieve unified command and dispatch to work with better audio quality, faster data transmission, more secure communications and more versatile features such as:
Users enter an area delimited for the group, the system monitoring automatically , and when the user leaves that area, the system cancels the monitoring.
The system provides the integration of multiple functions such as trunking call, visualized command and dispatch, real-time positioning, image/video transmission.
SOS one-key alarm
The command center immediately sends the nearest personnel to provide support after receiving the one-key SOS alarm.
Location Based Dispatching
The office and management are based on the geographic information system (GIS). It allows administrators to dispatch in real time, efficient interaction and accurate tasks management.
The dispatcher can play back the movement track of a certain terminal on a certain date through the dispatching console and can consult this track up to a month.
The terminal transmits the video back to the dispatcher, which is able to monitor 4 different livestreaming at the same time.
