
It´s a system that allows to establish voice communication, hands free operation mode hall/full duplex between any S.O.S. Post and one or more base stations; These are located in the management centers that are considered convenient, for example the Toll Stations. With an operation guaranteed 100% of the time, thanks to the alternative sources of energy.
POLE OPERATION
The S.O.S. Post has a control program with the following functionalities:
VOICE CALL
When the front button is activated, the call request on the S.O.S. Post automatically initiates a call to the control center. This call consists of the following steps:
• Synthesis of a message in one or more languages (Spanish, English, French, German, etc.) to inform the user that his call is being attended.
• Generation of the ringing tone.
• Establishment of communication with the control center, identification of the post and notification to the operator.
• Establishment of communication between the control center and the user.
• Ending the call.
TEST CALL
It is the call made once a day, by which the S.O.S. Post reports its status to the control center, so that automatically kept a record from the posts that are operational.
FAULT NOTIFICATION
It´s a call/sms that the S.O.S. Post makes automatically. When the electronics of this, detects a drop in the battery voltage below the levels determined. This situation may indicate an excessive punctual consumption (amount of calls), eventually a defect in the solar panel or the battery charging circuit.
This type of call must be investigated by the staff in charge, because it may mean a next unavailability of the S.O.S. Post.
ALARM NOTIFICATION
In the housing of the S.O.S. Post, there are switches that are activated when the door is opened and they cause an alarm call/sms to the Control Center, that action can be taken in the event of an act of vandalism.
